Coaching Program Parameters
Individual Sessions
Purpose
The purpose of the Mastering Your Mind For Sales Success program is to provide salespeople with the tools, strategies, and guidance needed to harness the power of their mind to turn thoughts into positive emotions and behavior that lead to more sales, clients, and referrals.
Fee Structure
To begin your sales enhancement journey, the initial session fee is $200. This fee is to be submitted at the time an appointment is scheduled using the website appointment setter.
After the initial session, you will have the opportunity to decide on the next steps. If you choose to continue on a single-session basis, the fee will remain at $200 per session. Again, this fee should be paid when scheduling each new appointment.
For those looking to achieve lasting behavior change and goal accomplishment, we recommend a series of five sessions. This process helps to ensure meaningful progress and support throughout your journey. If you opt for the 5-session package, please complete an appointment schedule and submit a total fee of $875, which averages $175 per session. Single sessions can still be scheduled if desired.
Sessions will be scheduled on a weekly basis. Each session will be for 45 minutes. The format for the session will be online using a source such as Zoom, Google Play, or some other source mutually agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy
1. 24-Hour Notice
- A 24-hour notice is required for any session cancellation. Adjustments in rescheduling can be done with mutual agreement.
- If the 24-hour notice is not provided, no refund will be given for the missed session.
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling within the 24-hour notice period can be arranged by mutual agreement between the coach and the client.
3. Cancellation of 5-Session Package
- If you wish to cancel the 5-session package, this will be honored with a pro-rated return of fees. The refund will be based on the singular session fee of $200 for each completed session.
4. Emergency Cancellations
- In case of an emergency, please notify as soon as possible. Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis for potential rescheduling without penalty.
5. Missed Sessions
- If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be considered as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered for that session.
6. Policy Changes
- The cancellation policy is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

Confidentiality
1. Commitment to Privacy:
- All personal information shared during the coaching program, including contact details, goals, and progress, will be kept strictly confidential.
2. Session Confidentiality:
- Details discussed during coaching sessions are private and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s explicit consent, except where required by law.
3. Data Security:
- Personal information and session notes will be stored securely, using appropriate data protection measures to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Limits to Confidentiality:
- Confidentiality may be breached only in circumstances where there is a legal obligation to disclose information, such as in cases of imminent danger to the client or others, or when required by a court order.
5. Client Rights:
- Clients have the right to access their personal information and session notes upon request.
- Clients can request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information.
6. Communication:
- Email and other electronic communications may not be completely secure. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns about confidentiality related to electronic communications.
7. Third-Party Involvement:
- If third-party involvement is necessary (e.g., collaborating with other professionals), this will only occur with the client’s explicit consent and clear understanding of the information to be shared.
8. Termination of Services:
- Upon termination of coaching services, all personal information will be securely retained for a period required by relevant laws and regulations, after which it will be appropriately disposed of.
Individual Session Process
The individual session process is designed to provide a structured and personalized approach to enhance your sales performance. This process includes several key stages to ensure that your specific needs and goals are addressed effectively. Below is an outline of the process:
Initial Session
The initial discussion serves as a foundation for our professional relationship. During this session, we will:
Discuss and identify the primary challenge you are facing in your sales activities.
Establish a clear and achievable goal that you aim to accomplish through our work together.
A customized plan tailored to your specific needs will be developed.
This information will be documented in an Action Plan.
The Action Plan will be followed in subsequent individual sessions and modified as necessary for goal accomplishment.
